  • eggs - 4.

  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml.)

How to make

Sugar is divided into 3 parts - the latter must be used for the syrup and filling. The four eggs with the first sugar are beaten with a mixer, add baking powder and vanilla, and finally- the flour. Divide it into two parts for the two bases that are baked individually in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 °C).

For the syrup: milk is warmed and it is added to the second part of the sugar. For the filling: cream and a third of the sugar are mixed and stirred until thickening. Once everything is ready, put syrup on the base to full soaking and spread with filling. Then place the other layer on top, it too is made syrupy.

Decorate the entire cake with cream with a spatula. Garnish: chocolate eggs are divided into halves using a sharp knife. Half chocolate eggs are randomly put on the cake and decorate them with cream, which has previously painted in several colors.

With a syringe, green leaves can be designed, which will refresh the cake.
