Knead a soft dough and knead it until it bubbles. You can also obtain bubbles by beating the dough on the table. Allow it to relax a bit after shaping it into small balls. Roll out a ball with a rolling pin to the size of a plate, and then start pulling on it.

Take the sheet and start tossing it in the air, being careful not to make holes in it. Put it on a cover, form its edges and then wrap into rolls stuffed with feta cheese, 4 eggs, baking soda and yogurt.
