Ingredients

  • flour
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2 cups lukewarm
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • feta cheese – 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • curd - 3.5 oz (100 g) solid
  • eggs - 5 - 6 pc.
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp
  • baking soda

Preparation

Knead soft dough and knead it until it bubbles. You can also beat the dough on a table. Allow it to relax a bit, shaped in advance into small balls. A ball is rolled with a rolling pin until it is as flat as a plate, and then start pulling.

Finally, the base is taken by hand and stretched in the air, taking care not to make holes in it. Put it on a sheet, form its ends and then wrap rolls stuffed with feta cheese, 4 eggs, baking soda and yogurt.

Roll it in a pre-greased tray. Sprinkle with oil or butter and bake in a moderate oven.
