  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2 cups, cool
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) hard
  • eggs - 5 - 6
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp

How to make

Knead a soft dough and knead it until it bubbles. You can also obtain bubbles by beating the dough on the table. Allow it to relax a bit after shaping it into small balls. Roll out a ball with a rolling pin to the size of a plate, and then start pulling on it.

Take the sheet and start tossing it in the air, being careful not to make holes in it. Put it on a cover, form its edges and then wrap into rolls stuffed with feta cheese, 4 eggs, baking soda and yogurt.

Arrange in a spiral in a pre-greased tray. Sprinkle with oil or butter and bake in a moderate oven.
