Ingredients

  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • eggs - 2, for crumbing
  • flour - for crumbing
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Cut the onion very finely, add it to the minced meat with spices, yogurt and flour. Knead well.

Using a spoon, scoop and finish off the mini schnitzels. Heat oil in a pan to fry them and roll them in flour and beaten eggs, before heat treatment.
