  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • eggs - 3.
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The mushrooms are cut into thin slices, stew them for 5 to 10 minutes in butter with chopped parsley and spices.

From egg yolks, flour and sparkling water, make a thick dough. Slowly add the mushrooms and beat the whites. Fry the omelet in a pan with lots of oil.

Cut the ham into chunks and sprinkle it on top.
