  • semolina - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • milk - 5 cups (1.2 l)
  • sugar - 6 - 7 tbsp for the semolina

How to make

Put the milk to boil and add the sugar, then boil the semolina. Pour it into bowls, top each one with caramel. Prepare the caramel by warming the sugar in a pan.
