Ingredients

Preparation

Pour the wine and mushroom broth in saucepan and put it to boil until the liquid is evaporated to 1/3 of its volume. Add 1 cup of the sauce left over from roasting the meat, then some tomato juice, beef broth and pepper.

Stir and allow the sauce to boil on a low setting for 10 minutes. Add finely crushed bacon, fried advance on a dry pan briefly and roughly chopped mushrooms, stewed separately in oil.

Boil the sauce for 5 minutes and then season it with salt and pepper as desired.
