Ingredients

  • onions - 2 heads
  • pork - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g)
  • cabbages - 11 oz (300 g) fresh
  • sauerkraut - 11 oz (300 g)
  • lard - 1 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 11 oz (300 g)

Preparation

Slice the onions and meat. Fry them in preheated oil.

Mix the finely chopped cabbage with the diced potatoes, add the meat, sprinkle with paprika and pour in 2 cups (500) ml. lightly salted water. Simmer.

Shortly before the dish is ready, add the tomatoes, chopped into quarters.find similar recipes here
