Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml.)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 2 heads
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • vegetable broth - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
  • eggs - 3
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • lack pepper

Preparation

Saute the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and finely chopped onions in the butter. Pour the flour in and lightly fry it.

Pour the broth over the vegetables, season with salt and black pepper and boil until the mushrooms are ready. Take the soup off the heat and add the cream, diced pre-boiled eggs, and finely chopped parsley.find similar recipes here
