Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 18 oz (500 g)
  • strained yogurt - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • dill - 1/2 bunch fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg - optional

How to make

Clean the mushrooms, cut them and put them in the heated butter to saute until ready. Meanwhile, mix together the sour cream, yogurt, and wine with the flour.

Once the mushrooms are ready, start adding this mixture to them, stirring constantly. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes and add the sliced processed cheese and spices to taste. After two minutes, remove the mushroom sauce from the heat.

Season with chopped dill or parsley.
