  • mince - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil and fry the finely crushed leeks with the mince, garlic and spices. Stir until the mince breaks up, then leave to cool.

Beat the eggs well and mix in the grated cheese, and minced meat. This is all transferred into a lightly greased bowl and put to bake in a moderate oven.
