Ingredients

  • onions - 2 - 3 heads
  • carrots - 3
  • potatoes - 5
  • green beans - 2 handfuls cleaned
  • okra - 10.5 oz (300) to 14 oz (400 g)
  • peppers - 2
  • tomatoes - 1 canned and peeled tomatoes + 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt - to taste
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100ml)

How to make

Heat the oil and add the canned tomatoes and stir. Allow the sauce to bubble and add all the spices. Let the sauce boil for 5-10 minutes and remove it from the heat.

Slice the peeled onions, cleaned carrots, peppers, okra, peeled potatoes and put them in a clay pot with the cleaned green beans.

You can put more or less of your favorite vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over them, cover and put to bake for 40-50 minutes.
