Preparation

The liver and vegetables are cut into slices, apple – into a puck. Roast with a dry skillet, the vegetables are grilled.

Fpr the sauce, the wine is heated in a saucepan. When reduced by half, add the cream.

In a bowl, in portions, place a bed of apple bear on the goose livers. Soak with wine sauce and top with roasted vegetables.
