"Wonderful, we`ve always believed that chicken breasts are the perfect garnish for mushrooms."

Ingredients

  • chicken - 14.11 oz (400 g) breasts
  • mushrooms - 10.58 oz (300 g) mushrooms
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • pepper - to taste
  • basil - dry
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 2 pinches

How to make

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in heated oil. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms.

Stir well, cover and then 10-something minutes later, add flour. Stir briefly to fry and add the cream.

Put back the lid again after 4-5 minutes and remove from the heat.

Season with salt, pepper, basil, curry and nutmeg. Serve warm.
