Ingredients

  • oil - 1 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup brown and 1/2 cup white
  • molasses - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 4 cups
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • sugar - crystal for rolling

Preparation

Preheat the oven to the highest degree. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the cloves, cinnamon, ginger, salt and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and molasses while beating continuously.

Gradually beat in the flour mix to the egg mixture, shape pellets from the mixture, roll them in crystal sugar and arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper. Put to bake for about 10 minutes.find similar recipes here
