Ingredients

  • white rum - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • syrup - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml). sugar
  • watermelons - 28.2 oz (800 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 to 2 lemons
  • ice
  • watermelons - pieces, optional

Preparation

Prepare sugar syrup from 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water and 2/3 cup (150 g) of sugar woth a bit of heat. Leave to cool well.

Combine the white rum, sugar syrup, pre-cleaned watermelon and lemon juice. Puree the mixture until smooth.

Strain into a large jug with crushed ice and pour it into stemware.
