Ingredients

  • watermelon juice - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml.)
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml.)

Preparation

Watermelon juice is poured into a suitable container for freezing. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Place it in the freezer to freeze. Every 20 minutes, remove and stir the contents. Depending on the strength of the freezer, this ice cream is ready in about 4 hours.

Serve immediately.
