Clean all the citrus very well so there's no dirt on the peels. Cut them into pieces, along with the peels, and grind them in a meat grinder or put them in the food processor.

Transfer them to a pot and add water. Stir and allow to sit for 24 hours. The next day, strain through a cheesecloth, add the strained juice, sugar and citric acid. Stir until the sugar has melted.

Dispense into bottles and store in the refrigerator. Optionally, serve diluted with a little carbonated water.find similar recipes here
