  • mustard seeds - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) black and white
  • pepper - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • cloves - 6, maybe allspice
  • dill - seeds
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp wine
  • wine - 1 tablespoon


Grind black and white mustard seeds in a coffee-grinder, add black pepper, some cloves and fennel seeds. Be careful not to overdo the cloves, because their taste and smell are strong.

Grind and, if necessary, add mustard to taste. Add honey to the chopped ingredients, as well as wine vinegar and a little wine. Stir and if necessary, add a little vinegar until you get the consistency of mustard.

Allow it to stand to cool and thicken.
