- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- oil - 2 1/2 cups
- baking powder - 1 packet
- vanilla - 1 - 2 sachets
- lemons - rind of one lemon
- almonds - for decoration
- walnuts - for decoration

Beat the three eggs with the sugar, then add the oil, lemon zest, vanilla, baking powder and flour as necessary. You need to get a dough to roll out. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 1/4" (5-6 mm) and cut circles or shapes from it.
You can use a pastry bag too. Smear the biscuits with the remaining beaten egg and decorate them with nuts or coconut flakes, as desired. Bake in a moderate oven until browned. After removing them, decorate some of them with powdered sugar, if desired.
