Ingredients

  • flour - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • almonds - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • hazelnuts - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • figs - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • lemons - 1.
  • raisins - 1 cup (250 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 packet
  • vanilla - 1.
  • baking powder - 1/2 packet

How to make

Almonds are cut long and the hazelnuts- in slices, lemon is grated, the figs cut into pieces, and raisins rolled in flour.

Eggs are beaten with the sugar for 20 minutes. Mix flour, cinnamon, lemon rind, all the cut products and baking powder.

The mixture is baked in a shape coated with flour. When cool, fruit bread is cut into slices.
