Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 14 oz (400 g)
  • chocolate spread - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks
  • almonds - chopped

How to make

Spread the puff pastry out and cut it into triangles or rectangles. Smear it with chocolate and stick the sheets two by two.

Pinch them at the edges with a fork to make the ends close. Coat the stuffed chocolate triangles with egg, sprinkle with almonds and bake until golden brown in a preheated oven, at 390°F (200 °C).
