A Classic Recipe for Pancakes
- eggs - 2.
- milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
- flour - about 2 cups
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
In a deep bowl, break the eggs. Beat them with salt. Add milk, while stirring. Gradually add the flour. Mix until you get a homogenous mixture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Preheat a pan.
If you have a teflon pan, you do not need to use fat. Place about one ladle of the mixture and spread it over the whole surface of the pan. Allow to fry until slight separation of the edges of the pancake.
Turn it using a wooden blade. After the tips get pink, the raised pancake is ready. Garnish as desired. Bon appetit!
