Ingredients

  • biscuits - 10 pcs. home - style (plump dried slices)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp powder
  • raisins - about 1 cup or - less

  • water - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • lemons - juice of 1/2 lemon
  • for the cream
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 6 tablespoons
  • starch - 2 packets of pudding powder

How to make

Put the ingredients for the syrup to boil for five minutes together.

In a lightly greased rectangular pan distribute biscuits in 2 lines between them sprinkle a little cinnamon and raisins.

Top with the cooked syrup and sprinkle a little cinnamon again. Dissolve starch according to package directions and mix in the boiling milk and sugar - you need to get a runny cream.

Add a spoon of cream on top of the crackers. Sprinkle the top with a little raisin and leave the cake in refrigerator to set.
