Ingredients

  • potatoes - 28.5 oz (800 g) cooked solid
  • snake dock - 18 oz (500 g)
  • olives - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • eggs - 3 - 4.
  • milk - 1 cup
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g) grated
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano - 1 tsp dry
  • oil - 1/5 cup (60) to 1/5 cup (70 ml)

Preparation

Peel the hard-boiled potatoes. Clean snake dock and slice finely. Heat the oil and fry briefly the crushed garlic. Add cleaned and sliced olives.

Once braised and oil is colored nicely, add snake dock. Stir until deflated. Combine it in a pan with the potatoes. Season with spices and mix. Put about 10-15 minutes in a warm 392°F (200 °C) oven.

Meanwhile, mix eggs with milk. Pour on the products in the tray and return to bake until set. Then sprinkle with a little grated cheese and bread crumbs, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
