Ingredients

  • peanuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • hazelnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pistachios - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • almonds - 3.5 oz (100 g) + others. optional kernels
  • salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • spices - of your choice (a pinch of cumin, paprika, curry, turmeric...)

How to make

Mix all the raw nuts in a pan. Sprinkle them well with water and sprinkle with salt - eyeball it.

Optionally add the desired amount and type of spices. Bake in a preheated to 320°F (160 °C) oven, while sprinkling with water several times throughout and stirring carefully.

After about 20 minutes, they should be ready, but it depends on the oven.
