  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 bunch of fresh
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • salt
  • parsley
  • spearmint
  • savory
  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Cut all the vegetables and livers into coarse chunks. Tear the broccoli.

Stew everything in hot oil in the order they are listed. Season with the spices to taste.
