  • tortillas - 12 with 4 1/2" (12.5 cm) diameter
  • sour cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • chili - powdered, for sprinkling

  • chicken broth - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • avocados - 1
  • peppers - 1 red
  • chili peppers - 5 - 6 canned

How to make

Make the filling. For it, boil the chicken breasts in the broth. Drain, cool and chop them finely. Then add the chopped avocado, red pepper, chili peppers and onions.

Season with salt and chili powder. Heat some oil in a frying pan and soften the tortillas by frying them for a few seconds. Preheat a large amount of oil. Put a tortilla in a strainer and press with a smaller strainer on top.

Dip it in the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Drain very well and cool. Fry all the tortillas in this way, making them in the shape of a basket. Spread the stuffing in the tortillas.

Pour a little sour cream over them and lightly sprinkle with chili powder.
