Ingredients

  • eggs - 2.
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (175 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (75 g) + more for greasing
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • berries - 6.2 oz (175 g)
  • milk - 6 tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • for the sauce
  • maple syrup - 1 cup (225 ml)
  • cream - 4/5 cup (175 ml) thick
  • butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 374°F (190 °C). Brush a pudding form with a volume of 6 cups with butter. Cream the butter, add sugar and gradually add the beaten eggs. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.

Add the them gradually, alternating with milk. Finally, add the lemon juice. Put blueberries in the bottom of the form and pour over the mixture.

Bake in an oven for about 45-50 minutes. Meanwhile, put the cream and maple syrup in a large saucepan with a thick bottom and preheat to 230°F (110 °C) without stirring. Add the butter and vanilla essence.

Take the baked crust on a warm plate and cover with warm sauce.
