  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • milk - 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill - to taste
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Peel the potatoes. Put them in milk for 5 minutes. Boil them. Then again, put them in milk for 5 minutes.

Once cooked, blend them. Add the crumbled cheese and butter and blend again.

Add the cream and dill and stir.
