  • avocados - 4 ripe
  • lime - 8 tablespoons lime juice + 1 tsp zest
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (175 g)
  • cream - 1 cup (225 ml) thick


Halve the avocados, remove the stones and carve. Cut the avocado pulp out. Combine it into a food processor with the sugar, lime juice, grated rind and his half the cream. Puree well.

Beat the remaining cream to thicken more. Divide the cream into 8 dessert cups. Garnish with whipped cream and lime wedge if desired. Optionally, you can garnish the cream with a sprig of mint, with nuts or sliced bananas and strawberries, which flavors the avocados very well.
