Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g) wheat
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks
  • milk - 4 tablespoons
  • yeast - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • for the stuffing
  • mince - 12.5 oz (350g)
  • eggs - 1 + 2 egg yolks
  • cream - 4 tablespoons
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • peppers - 1 red
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

To prepare the dough, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Then add the egg yolks, sugar and butter. Slowly add the flour and stir. Cover the dough with foil and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Start preparation on the filling: cut the onions and peppers. Press the garlic. In hot oil, fry the onions first, then add the pepper and finally the mince and garlic. Fry for about 10 minutes. Remove the stuffing from the heat and add 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, the cream and chopped parsley to it.

Roll out the dough into 4 circles, each with a diameter of about 6 (15 cm). Put filling in each of these circles, fold them in 2 and stick the edges together.

Before baking, brush them with egg yolk. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, at 390°F (200 °C).
