Ingredients

  • venison - 4 cutlets of 7oz (200 g)
  • onions - 12 small heads
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g) sour
  • broth - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 packet of butter
  • chillies – 2
  • salt
  • thyme - 1 pinch
  • oil - 4 tablespoons oil, for marinade
  • vinegar - 6 tablespoons wine for marinade
  • onions - 1 head finely chopped for the marinade
  • thyme - 1 pinch
  • rosemary
  • black pepper

Preparation

Put cutlets for 6-8 hours in the marinade made from the products listed. Turn the meat occasionally. Dry the marinated loins and fry with the onion in a pan with oil.

Cut hot peppers into slices, remove their seeds and add them in, with the thyme. In the pan, put the broth and then the cream. Stew, until the meat is ready. Finally- add salt.find similar recipes here
