Ingredients

  • walnuts - 3 cups, chopped
  • powdered sugar - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2 yolks, boiled
  • rum - 1 tsp, or use cognac
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • orange zest - or lemon zest
  • for rolling
  • walnuts – chopped
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the order listed above, thoroughly, until homogeneous.

From the mixture, shape identical bonbons. Then roll them in chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa or something else of your choice.find similar recipes here
