"We treat our guests with homemade bonbons with rum and cocoa so that they feel appreciated!"

Ingredients

  • walnuts - 3 cups, chopped
  • powdered sugar - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2 yolks, boiled
  • rum - 1 tsp, or use cognac
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • orange zest - or lemon zest
  • for rolling
  • walnuts - chopped
  • chocolate sprinkles

How to make

Mix all the ingredients in the order listed above, thoroughly, until homogeneous.

From the mixture, shape identical bonbons. Then roll them in chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa or something else of your choice.
