How to make

If necessary, clean the meat of bones, skins and tendons. Wash under running water, dry it and cut it into pieces. Part of the meat can be replaced with liver - this dish is somewhat more appetizing.

Pour the pork pieces in a clay pot with butter and 1-2 cups of water. Heat and add the finely chopped onions, chili peppers, beans black pepper, crushed parsley and salt to taste.

Add 1 cup hot water and cover the top and put it on low heat. Sauté until the meat is softened.

Serve the dish warm, topped with fried butter.
