Ingredients

  • raspberries – 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sugar – 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • lemons – 1.
  • almonds - 2 oz (50 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs – 2 whites
  • chocolate - for sprinkling

Preparation

Raspberries are washed and left to drain. 10-15 pc of them are used on decorations. Others are sprinkled with granulated sugar, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice and crushed almond nuts.

This is poured into 4-5 refractory bowls and baked in a moderate oven for 15 minutes. Whites are broken down into hard snow.

Gradually, add powdered sugar. On each of the bowls with fruit pour 3-4 tablespoons the mixture and bake in a low oven.

Finished fruit meringues are sprinkled with powdered sugar, grated chocolate and decorated with the remaining raspberries.
