Ingredients

  • strawberries – 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • white wine - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.

Preparation

Separate about 3.5 oz (100 g) strawberries, looking for them to be more solid and small. Blend the remainder of the strawberries.

Dissolve sugar in 2 cups (500 ml) of lukewarm water and pour it over the strawberries. Mix well, add the white wine and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture that you put in the fridge to cool.

Serve with whole pieces of strawberries and ice cream if desired.
