Mix the oats with the yoghurt and let them swell. Mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and walnuts in a bowl.

Separately, beat the egg, oil, sugar and vanilla and add them to the dry mixture.

Add the oat flakes and stir well, until everything is mixed, do not over mix.

Finally stir with the frozen blueberries several times. Distribute the mixture into forms, such as paper muffin cups, and bake at 374°F (190 °C) in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.find similar recipes here
