Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 1/2 cups for frying

How to make

Grate the feta cheese on a grater and mix it with the eggs. Mix the mixture well and add all the other products without the powdered sugar.

Knead a medium hard dough and roll it into a very thin sheet. Cut the sheet into squares, rectangles, circles or any desired shapes.

Fry them in preheated oil. Serve the cakes warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
