"Children`s biscuits are twice as delicious when you`ve got 2 children`s hands to help in preparing them."

Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • honey - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • vanilla - 1 tsp, liquid

How to make

Beat the egg and butter into a soft, fluffy cream. Gradually add the sifted flour and honey. Finally, flavor it with vanilla.

Form a smooth dough and wrap in foil. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness of the biscuits and cut shapes out that are most loved by your children.

Arrange them on a tray with baking paper and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven for 15 minutes or until slightly golden at the edges.

In the dough, you can put in your children’s favorite flavors - a little cocoa, grated orange peel, cinnamon, etc.

The dough was too sticky, I needed a lot of flour to roll it, I rolled mine too thin and they all cooked really quick. In the end nice and crunchy but not sweet at all. Definately need to add something with lots of flavour.
