Ingredients

  • mince - 2.21 lb (1 kg) (pork or mixed)
  • eggs – 1.
  • onions - 1 head (or to taste)
  • potatoes - 1 (average)
  • carrots – 1
  • peppers – 1
  • tomatoes – 1
  • corn - about 1 oz (30 g)
  • peas - about 1 oz (30 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • savory

Preparation

Potato and carrot are shredded, other vegetables are finely chopped and mixed with minced meat and other ingredients. Spices are a flavored and colored salt may be added.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 356°F (180 °C) in a greased cake form, or a tray, and in a tray, it is formed as a roll. Can be done with baked potatoes or other garnish.
