  • butter – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • sugar – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • eggs – 2.
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • butter – to spread
  • for the filling
  • almonds - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (180 g)


Sift the flour with the baking soda. In its center is formed in a well which you add the broken in advance egg. Cream the butter with sugar foam and add them to other products and make a smooth mixture. Get the almond stuffing ready.

First scald the almond nuts, then peel them and grind in a blender. Add the beaten eggs to the sugar and mix until you get a smooth mixture.

Mix them with the dough and pour them into lightly greased forms, or pre-oiled shapes. Bake almond cakes in a preheated to 302°F (150 °C) oven for about 20 minutes.

If you use the entire pan, these are cut when cool.
