Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 14 oz (400 g)
  • tomatoes - 2
  • mushrooms - 4
  • mozzarella - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • basil - 4 pinches
  • eggs - 1

How to make

From the puff pastry, cut out 8 rectangles. On each rectangle, arrange a slice of tomato, a slice of mushroom and a slice of mozzarella.

Brush the boats with beaten egg, sprinkle with dried basil and salt. Bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven to full readiness.
