"A classic rolled phyllo pastry pie! The recipe will give you a fluffy, soft and very tasty phyllo pastry with feta cheese that you can serve with joy to the whole family!"

Ingredients

  • for the filling
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 - 1 cup
  • standard dough for phyllo pastry and pizzas
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter), cool
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • yeast - 1/2 cube, fresh
  • oil - about 1/2 cup
  • flour - 4.5 lb (2 kg) (as necessary to roll out the dough)
measures

How to make

First whisk the eggs and then add the remaining ingredients for the filling.

Combine the ingredients for the dough and knead a smooth one. Divide it into 4 balls. For the pastry pie, you only need 1 ball. Freeze the rest of them in the freezer.

When you feel like eating pastry pie or pizza again (1 ball makes about 2 medium pizzas), simply defrost, roll it out, bake and eat. Ready-made dough works too.

Roll out the ball and sprinkle it with stuffing, roll it up and put it in a greased baking dish. Repeat this process for each ball if you want to make them all at once.

Having finished, pour the remaining filling over the pie and then leave to rise for 30 minutes. Then bake at 430°F (220 °C).

Once baked, smear it with oil, and you can even stew it a bit. Enjoy!
