Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 2.
  • lettuce - 1 head
  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cucumbers - 1.
  • eggs - 3.
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • sugar
  • salt

How to make

Boil the well scrubbed potatoes in salted water. Peel while hot and cut into cubes. Mix with the chopped lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, cut into thin slices.

Add 2 hard boiled eggs, diced. Prepare a sauce for salad from the yogurt, seasoned with the mustard, olive oil, the third raw egg yolk, 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste.

Top the salad with the prepared sauce and serve. Can optionally sprinkle it with finely chopped green herbs and spices.
