Ingredients

  • melon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • granola - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • honey - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 pack
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3.

How to make

Beat the eggs with sugar and add the oil and baking powder. Gradually, stirring continuously, add the yogurt and flour. You should get cake batter.

In a greased cake form, line up pieces sliced melon, sprinkle with plenty of cereal and pour the cake mixture in carefully. Bake at 340°F (170 °C).

Readiness is checked with a stick in the center of the cake - the stick must be dry. Once the cake has cooled, turn into a dish and pour honey over.
