Ingredients

  • lemons - 1
  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • gelatin - 4 sheets

How to make

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar.

Gradually add half the lemon juice, lemon peel and gelatin (pre-soaked in cold water and dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water). Finally, add the beaten egg whites.

Stir the mixture well and pour it into a form that you've rinsed with cold water. Leave to cool.
