  • pork livers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onions - 3 heads
  • peppers - 4, red
  • tomatoes - 3
  • flour
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • white wine - 1/2 cup

How to make

Cut the bacon into strips and put them in a little oil to braise. Cut the livers into medium-sized pieces and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
