Fry the onions until golden, add the chopped garlic and then the mince immediately thereafter. Keep stirring constantly, until the mince is fully fried and breaks apart into small pieces.

Then add the tomato puree and stir well. Add the spices and finely chopped parsley.

In a rectangular oven dish, arrange 1/3 of the lasagna crusts that you've prepared in advance, top with half of the filling, then a layer of crusts, stuffing and crusts again.
